Tentative Menu
This menu is not yet finalized, but it's pretty close. Times are
approximate. All meat dishes are obvious; if it doesn't say meat
(or fish) it's safe for vegetarians. (Ingredients will be posted
at the event.)
First course (12:30):

- a dish of spinach

Second course (3:00):
- cabbage stew
- smoked salmon

- goat or lamb stew

- eggplant stuffed with fruit

- chickpeas with onions
